Accept your Offer

To accept your offer to QUT, please:

• Send your completed and signed Acceptance of Offer form – no one else can send this on your behalf. For more information on how to accept your offer, including payment of your fees, accommodation and living expenses and QUT support services, please refer to the booklet Your Next Step (PDF, 1.0MB).
• International students who have completed high school in Australia should refer to the International Offer Pack (refer to step 4) .
  
• Send any outstanding documentation required to meet the condition of your offer. Remember to send certified documents.
  
• Pay the fees (outlined in your offer letter) required to accept your course. QUTPay allows payment bank draft, telegraphic transfer or credit card. Your compulsory Overseas Student Health Cover fees are now included in this fee.

Once you accept your offer, QUT will send you an eCoE to apply for your student visa.
