Entry requirementsBoth minimum academic and English language entry requirements must be met in order to gain admission into QUT courses. Academic requirements For postgraduate degrees - Entry to postgraduate courses will be assessed based on an Australian undergraduate degree, or an equivalent degree from a recognised overseas institution. Some postgraduate degrees may also require work experience, for example, students enrolling in QUT’s MBA program must have a minimum of two years’ work experience. For research degrees - For students interested in a research degree, QUT offers Masters by Research, Professional Doctorates, and PhDs. Entry usually requires an honours year of study or an equivalent postgraduate qualification.
