Have you:
- Completed all relevant sections of the application form.
- Made a copy of your application for your records.
- Attached all relevant certified documents such as academic transcripts (including
studies not completed) and English language qualifications (if required).
- Attached professional accreditation documents, e.g. for Nursing.
- Provided confirmation of work experience and employment history, e.g. for
MBA.
- Attached your Curriculum Vitae (not essential).
- Provided Proof of Funding (if sponsored).
- Attached all relevant translations (translations must also be certified)
of the above documents.
- Enclosed the application fee.
- Read and signed the declaration.
For Research Higher Degree Applicants Only
- Attached your research proposal (2-3 pages).
- Provided evidence of prior research experience.
- Included a statement verifying your research experience from a previous
research supervisor.
- Listed previous publications (if any) that you have produced or to which
you have contributed.
- You should attach to your application a copy of the first or title page
of the actual published work itself as proof of authorship.
- Indicated your source of funding.
If you are applying for credit you need to supply the following documentation
about your previous study:
- Course structure, i.e. full details of length of the course and number of
points/units to complete the program.
- Detailed subject outlines.
- Topics covered.
- Objectives.
- Credit hours per week.
- Assessment methods.
- Textbooks used.
- If you have not yet completed your studies you should include a list of
the subjects you are currently studying, and full details of these subjects.
QUT has already assessed several institutions for advanced standing. If your
institution and course are on the list of
advanced standing agreements, you do not need to submit the above details.
