Currently 4% of QUT's international student body are from the Americas with a majority opting to enrol in QUT's Study Abroad program or postgraduate studies.
Offering "the experience of a lifetime" the Study Abroad program features a detailed orientation program, camps, trips, clubs and activities including a three day orientation camp on beautiful Stradbroke Island. Study Abroad students can choose to study for one or two semesters at QUT and are able to custom design their program by choosing from over 4000 subjects available. Extensive study, English language and social support services are also available to students through QUT's International Student Services and the region's dedicated International Student Associations.
