The following two new specialisations will be available in QUT’s Bachelor of Business from July 2007 onwards.
A specialisation is a coherent group of six specified units in a discipline area. A specialisation has to be undertaken as a second study area.
International Logistics may be undertaken in conjunction with another major (e.g. Marketing, Management, or International Business).
International Logistics includes units in:
- International Logistics
- E-Business Intelligence
- Export Management
- International Marketing
- Management Science
- Production & Services Management
- Purchasing & Procurement
Sales may be undertaken in conjunction with another major (e.g. Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, or Management).
Sales includes units in:
- Internet Promotion
- Professional Selling
- Business to Business Marketing
- Direct Marketing
- Sales & Customer Relationship Management
- Retail Marketing
- Marketing Planning & Management
QUT’s Bachelor of Business majors are accountancy, advertising, banking and finance, economics, electronic business, human resource management, international business, management, marketing, and public relations.
Other specialisations are integrated marketing and communications, business law and tax, financial economics and languages. |
